Today, December 15th, the Human Resource Management delegation of the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan visited the Central Finance and Contracting Agency (CFCA).

  • On boarding of new employees;
  • Personnel motivation tools;
  • Mentoring;
  • Team building activities.

The human resources management training visit of the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan ias taking place from December 12 to 16, 2022 in cooperation with the Latvian School of Public Administration, CFCA and State Real Estate. Latvia was selected as a destination for the study visit based on its success in transformation of the HRM and PSD during the time of independence. The Baltic republic shed its soviet past and switched to transparent and competence-based HRM in public administration while simultaneously implementing a switch to decentralised customer-centric delivery of public services on the national and local levels. This experience can be highly relevant for HRM specialists from Uzbekistan provided similar historic development of the public service.
