Information on concluded PPP agreements
The Procurement Monitoring Bureau shall maintain and on its website a register of contracts shall be publicly available, which shall also contain information regarding the PPP contracts entered into and the execution thereof.
The PPP Contract Register is available here, it contains information on both contracts that were concluded before and after the PPP Law came into force.
Until 1 January 2023, the register of PPP contracts was maintained by the Enterprise Register.
