Project description

• Project goal: Development of commercial space at Riga Airport, selection of a commercial space manager.
• Public partner: Riga Airport.
• PPP model: Design, build, finance, maintain (DBFM).
• CAPEX: 15.6 MEUR excluding VAT (in 2025 prices).
• Project accounting: Off-balance sheet project.

Deadlines

• Term: 12 years (including 4 years of improvement works).

• PPP procurement: Concession procedure (tendering with selection of bidders).
