Būvniecības gada balva 2021

The award ceremony to announce the winners of the Latvian Construction Annual Award 2021 took place at Āgenskalns Market on 11 March 2022. The mission and aim of the competition is to provide general benefit for society by offering comprehensive information on architectural objects and structures, their clients, designers, and builders.

The list of nominees included buildings and structures located in Rīga, Jelgava, Jūrmala, Ventspils, Ogre, Ludza, Saulkrasti, Krāslava municipality, Mārupe, Silene, Bārta, Jēkabpils, Līgatne, Daugavpils, Bauska, Copenhagen, Liepāja, Valmiera, Aizkraukle, Jaunmārupe, Rēzekne, Salaspils, Smiltene, Rubene, Alūksne, Lielvircava, Garkalne, Ķemeri, Indrāni.

The winners of the competition, who have attracted funding from the European Union for their structures and buildings, were awarded in eight nominations.


In the category “Façade Renovation”:

Third place – New protective pier – stream regulator – at the place where the Ogre River flows into the Daugava River.
