Central Finance and Contracting Agency
Central Finance and Contracting Agency (CFCA) is a state agency subordinated to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Latvia.
The mission of the CFCA is efficient, effective, safe and compliant implementation of projects co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and other financial instruments.
The aim of the CFCA is to ensure safe, effective and transparent administration of the EU co-financed programmes.
The aim of its action is to ensure safe, effective and transparent administration of the programmes co-finance by the European Union and other donors.
CFCA ensures the administration of finances granted by the European Union and other donors and monitoring of projects’ sustainability.
CFCA performs functions of the Certifying Authority in Framework programme on Solidarity and Management of Migration Flows as well as functions of the Monitoring Authority and Competence Centre for Public – private partnership projects.
